Tuna patties are a delicious way to use canned tuna. Eat it on buns or on lettuce.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the oil. Mix together well with your hands
Shape the tuna mixture into five patties.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add some oil to coat the pan. Wait a couple of minutes to let the oil heat up and add two or three patties to the skillet and cook for three minutes.
Flip the patties and cook for another three minutes. The patties should be browned.
Transfer the patties to a paper towel lined plate.
Repeat with the remaining patties.
Serve on buns or over lettuce.
