A fried egg and rice is the perfect meal for when you running low on time and want something fast.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
When butter starts sizzling crack in the egg.
Let the egg cook until the white is set.
Then flip and cook a little bit longer for an over easy egg.
Sprinkle cooked rice with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Then place egg on top.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce on top.
Garnish with green onions and diced avocado if desired.
