  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • honey
  • a quarter of a lime


  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Break cinnamon into pieces and place in water.
  3. Remove from heat and steep for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug.
  5. Add about 2 tbsp of honey to the mug.
  6. Add the lime juice to the mug and stir.
