  • 4 large limes quartered
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar


  1. Put half of the quartered limes in the blender with 1 cup of water.
  2. Blend for 2 seconds.
  3. Strain into a pitcher.
  4. Throw away the quartered limes.
  5. Put the remaining half of quartered limes in the blender with one cup of water.
  6. Blend for 2 seconds.
  7. Strain into a pitcher and throw away the limes.
  8. Add the sugar and remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well.
  9. Serve over ice.
