Ingredients

  • 4 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 Mexican cinnamon stick or 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the sliced bananas, cinnamon stick, sugar and 4 cups of water in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

  2. Strain the banana mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Add remaining 2 cups of water, milk, and vanilla. stir.
  4. Serve over ice.
