Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts sliced into threes and pounded to an even thickness
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3 tsp cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brush the chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.

  2. Next season both sides of the chicken with the cajun seasoning.

  3. Heat up a pan over medium high heat and add the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil.

  4. Once the oil is hot add two slices of chicken and let them cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Then flip the chicken over and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  6. Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel lined plate and repeat the above steps with the remaining chicken slices. Add more oil to the pan as needed.

  7. Serve the cajun chicken with your favorite simple side and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

The chicken slices only need to cook for 1-2 minutes per side because they are sliced very thin. The time your chicken slices will need to cook will depend on their thickness.
