This delicious strawberry oat milk smoothie is easy to prepare and very healthy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 2 cups oat milk

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and frothy.

  2. Scrape and scoop in the sides to mix it all in. A bit more oat milk can be added if desired.

  3. Add your favorite sweetnener if desired.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and enjoy!
