Ingredients

  • 3 oz bag of instant ramen discard the flavoring packet
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbs butter
  • sesame oil to taste
  • everything bagel seasoning to taste
  • green onion for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl and stir. Set aside.

  2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the bag but cook slightly under the suggested cooking time.

  3. Drain the noodles well and set aside for later use.

  4. Heat up the butter over medium low heat in a skillet. Once melted add the garlic and saute for a minute or two.

  5. Then add the beaten egg and scramble until set.

  6. Next add the brown sugar soy sauce and the noodles. Toss with tongs to make sure the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.

  7. Then add a drizzle of sesame oil, some everything bagel seasoning to taste and garnish with green onions.

  8. Remove the skillet from heat and serve.
