Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe with brown spots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp hemp seed hearts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • canola oil

Instructions

  1. Add the oats to a blender and blend them into a fine flour-like consistency.

  2. Add the eggs, bananas, ground cinnamon, hemp seed hearts, salt and vanilla extract to a large bowl.

  3. Mash up the bananas well with a fork. Then continue to beat the mixture with the fork until the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat. To make one pancake add a little less than 1/4 cup of the batter to the skillet. You should be able to make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on how big the skillet is.

  5. Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes. Then flip them over and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer them to a plate and repeat the above steps with the remaining batter.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
