Strawberry bubble tea consists of tapioca pearls, brown sugar, strawberries, black tea and milk.
Wash the strawberries and hull them. Chop them into very small pieces.
Transfer the strawberries to a bowl and stir in 4tbs of brown sugar. Let the strawberriess sit in the refrigerator over night.
Brew the 2 tea bags in 1 cup of hot water according to the instructions on the box. Discard the tea bags after brewing. Let the tea come to room temperature.
Cook the tapioca pearls in a pot according to the instructions on the bag. Once the pearls are finished cooking, drain the water from the pot. Add the remaining 4 tbs of brown sugar to the pot with the pearls and stir well until dissolved. Let the boba pearls soak in the brown sugar syrup for about 10 minutes.
Add 1/3 a cup of the cooked boba pearls to a glass. Then add 1/2 a cup of the macerated strawberries and it's juices to the glass. Next add 1/2 cup of the black tea concentrate. Top with 1/2 a cup of milk. Add ice if desired.
