Tacos de atún are an easy, simple and delicious recipe that come together fast.
Make the taco shells and set aside.
Heat up the 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the onion and garlic. Saute for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
And the chopped chipotles and the drained tuna. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
Remove from heat and add the mayo, cilantro and lime juice. Stir well.
Spoon the tuna filling into the tacos shells and serve.
