Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups water
  • honey to taste
  • milk to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour water in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Break the cinnamon stick into pieces and put in the boiling water.

  3. Remove pot from heat and cover.

  4. Let the cinnamon steep for 15 minutes.

  5. Strain the tea into mugs. Add the honey and milk to taste. Stir and enjoy!
