Morir Soñando Recipe

Morir Soñando is a tasty and refreshing Dominican beverage made from oranges and milk that you just have to try this summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lime juice of
  • 2 cups orange juice chilled
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 4 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill the milk in a pitcher in the refrigerator for a few hours.

  2. In a separate cup or container mix the orange juice, lime juice, 2 tbs of brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir well.

  3. Take out the milk and sweeten it with 2 tbs of brown sugar. Stir well.

  4. Slowly pour the orange juice mixture into the pitcher of milk while continuously stirring,

  5. Serve immediately. It's best served over ice.

Recipe Notes

The milk and orange juice must be chilled before mixing together. Or else the drink will curdle.
