Ingredients

  • 1 big bag of fritos
  • 4 cups leftover chili
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • green onions optional

Instructions

  1. Grab a couple handfuls of fritos and spread out on a plate.
  2. Ladle some chili over the fritos and top with cheese.
  3. Heat in microwave until chili is hot and cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with green onions.
