Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 1 tsp chile powder
  • 1 tbs sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut up the mangos into large chunks.
  2. Peel the skin off the chunks.
  3. place the mango chunks in blender.
  4. Squeeze all three mango seeds one at a time over the blender to get out as much juice as possible from the mango.
  5. Add chile powder and sugar to blender.
  6. Blend until smooth about a minute.
  7. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours.
  8. Run the molds under warm water for 30 seconds to release the paletas from the molds before serving.
  9. Enjoy
