1/2
cup
ground coffee
1
Mexican cinnamon stick
2
whole cloves
Mexican vanilla blend
brown sugar to taste
Instructions
In a container mix together the coffee, cinnamon stick, whole cloves and 3 cups of water.
Let steep overnight for 8-12 hours.
Remove the cinnamon stick and whole cloves.
Strain the coffee mixture in a french press or with a cheesecloth and fine mesh strainer.
serve. Cut with water or milk. Sweeten with brown sugar if desired and add a about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
